Family Law Associate Attorney

Hightower Reff Law is one of the top family law firms in Omaha and offers a robust attorney development and mentorship program combining ongoing training and education with a fast track for career development. We have a team-based approach to cases with managing attorneys providing ongoing guidance and direction on case law, strategy and client care. 

We have an excellent office culture and a competitive compensation package including generous bonuses based on billing. We offer comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, vision, life insurance and a retirement package.

We are looking for dynamic, highly motivated attorneys to join our team. Candidates must also be willing to adhere to the mission statement of Hightower Reff Law. A current Nebraska license is required.

Candidates must possess the following:

  • excellent writing and analytical skills
  • strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • ability to proactively manage a family law case from beginning to end
  • provide superior customer service to all clients including monthly status reports and weekly reviews of cases
  • ability to network at professional events
  • superior attention to detail
  • willingness and ability to do legal research
