About Tara
Tara is dedicated to advocating for others. She is honest and clear and will speak up for her clients.
Tara spent three years as a mental health and substance abuse clinician before accepting a position with the State of Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services in child protection. She also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Leigh Ann Retelsdorf, Judge of the Nebraska Douglas County District Court.
She is an active member of the Phi Delta Phi International Legal Honor Society, as well as both the Nebraska and Iowa Bar Associations, and the Nebraska Association of Trial Attorneys. Tara was even named to the 2022-2023 Nebraska Bar Leadership Academy.
In her free time, Tara enjoys chasing around her two children, entertaining, cooking, and traveling.
Educational Background
After completing a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from South Dakota State University, Tara went on to get her Juris Doctor cum laude from Creighton University School of Law.
