About Destiney

Destiney focuses her practice on both family law and criminal defense. Those who have worked with Destiney note her ability to take charge of difficult situations, keep a team on task, and use her research and writing skills to move forward on behalf of her clients. 

Destiney graduated from The University of Nebraska at Lincoln with a Bachelor of Science in Criminology, high distinction. After graduating from UNL, Destiney spent her time working as a bailiff at the Lancaster County Court. She earned her law degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law in 2021, cum laude. While in law school, she was a Student Government Representative, a Dean’s Fellow, and a member of the Arkansas Association of Women Lawyers. 

Since graduating from law school, Destiney has had a career as a Deputy County Attorney in Pulaski County, Arkansas, as well as Dawson County, Nebraska. Destiney worked primarily with survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. She has a passion for using her voice to help others navigate through difficult and emotional situations. 

Destiney is an active member of the Nebraska State Bar Association. When Destiney is away from the office, she loves to spend time with her family, including her Corgi Mix, Luna, testing out new recipes in the kitchen, and reading a new book.
