Are you a self-starter who thrives in a creative, forward-thinking environment? Hightower Reff Law is seeking a diligent, innovative, and team-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. This multifaceted role is perfect for someone who enjoys juggling diverse responsibilities and making a meaningful impact. From social media management and content creation to event coordination and branding, you’ll play a critical role in shaping and enhancing our firm’s presence. This position offers 20-40 hours per week, with a pay range of $27-$30 per hour. It also includes flexible hybrid work-from-home opportunities, though there is an expectation to be in the office for team meetings and other collaborative activities.

Based in Omaha, our experienced team specializes in divorce and family law, estate planning, criminal defense, business law and contracts, and workers’ compensation. We handle cases that touch everything our clients hold dear, and we approach every matter with transparency and dedication. Key duties include:
- Plan monthly social media calendar
- Write content for, create and schedule social media posts
- Coordinate with marketing agency on website content revisions, blog, SEO strategies, SEM and digital campaigns Â
- Analyze monthly SEO reporting
- Compose and post responses to online reviews
- Post/refresh blog articles and coordinate new content for blog
- Create print marketing collateral including rack cards, print advertisements, fliers, etc.Â
- Plan and coordinate firm events, trade show appearances, community engagements and sponsorshipsÂ
- Create and order internal marketing materials (business cards, name badges, etc.)
- Work closely with the office management team on the client experience/process
- Create and order firm apparel, swag, promotional and branded marketing materials
- Plan and coordinate events firm is involved in such as Pride Festival and workshops Â
- Coordinate photo shoots for headshots and firm photos
- Refresh/create PowerPoint presentations for attorneys to use in networking groups, community engagements and educational opportunitiesÂ
- Support attorneys and staff with any marketing needs or requests they have
- Write and design advertising creative for identified advertising opportunities (billboards, print, etc.)
- Coordinate partnership opportunities with marketing reps and media vendors
- Coordinate Will Day events and all associated marketing and follow up
- Maintain annual marketing budget for reporting to the Partners
