In Nebraska, the Department of Motor Vehicles holds an Administrative License Revocation (ALR) hearing telephonically to determine the revocation of your license prior to your court date.  The petition for this hearing must be mailed within 10 days from the date of your offense.  We can help you with this petition and will represent you at the ALR hearing.
