Tracy Hightower-Henne

About Tracy

Tracy is passionate about using her legal talents to help others. After law school and working in the corporate tax world, she moved her focus to divorce and family law. Together with law partner Susan Reff, Tracy founded Hightower Reff Law in 2012. Throughout her work, she has shown each client care and compassion, helping them through some of the toughest times in their life.

Tracy also actively supports young professionals and women in business in her community by mentoring them both in and out of the firm. She is a 2017 alum of the Nebraska State Bar Association Leadership Academy and the New Leaders Council. Tracy also currently sits on the Planned Parenthood Advocates of Nebraska Board.

In 2018, Tracy was awarded the Midlands Business Journal’s prestigious 40 Under 40 award, and in 2021 she received the Ten Outstanding Young Omahans (TOYO) award. She was also excited to become a member of the United States Supreme Court in 2019 and will observe any oral argument at the highest court any time she’s in the capital city.

When she’s not in office, you can find Tracy reading a book on her patio or scuba diving with sea turtles and other marine life.
